Explore strategies to promote diversity and inclusion within the board and committees, ensuring diverse perspectives and voices are represented and valued in decision-making processes. Develop effective decision-making skills, including problem-solving, critical thinking, and consensus-building, to make informed and timely decisions that align with organizational goals and values. Explore succession planning strategies to ensure continuity of leadership and board effectiveness, including identifying and developing future leaders and board members.
